A C++ Implementation of Otsu's Image Segmentation Method

This algorithm applies Otsu's method to find the optimal threshold. This method automatically performs clustering-based image thresholding, or the reduction of a graylevel image to a binary image. One of the main applications of this method is image segmentation.
